?Summer Wind? is a very well maintained 2 owner fresh water only Hunter 31Cruiser/Racer shoal draft sailing sloop powered by a Yanmar 2GM20 18hp diesel. Pride of ownership is apparent throughout. She has a large cockpit with pedestal steering, folding teak table, all lines led aft, with dodger and bimini as well as covers for the wheel and binnacle, hatches and main sail. Electronic instruments fitted recently include Raymarine ST 40 Bidata, ST40 Wind and ST60 Multi. She has a new Roller Furling (2010) and lazy jacks for easy sailing.
The below deck areas are very open, spacious and airy offering 6ft 3ins of head room having two skylight hatches with screens, two fixed cabin side windows and 6 opening ports with screens. The fit and finish below is a well maintained wood interior and teak and holly sole. The below deck arrangement is unique with a dinette to starboard and settee to port, a large V-berth forward, 2 lockers, enclosed head and vanity with shower, and a large double-berth aft tucked neatly under the cockpit offering sleeping accommodations for 6.
